Circular vibrating screen, as its name implies, is a new type of vibrating screen with circular vibration, multi-layers and high efficiency. The circular vibrating screen produced by CFTC uses cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter and partial block to adjust the amplitude. The material sieve has long running line and many sieving specifications. Principle

Working Principle of Circular Vibrating Screen Working Principle
The vibrating screen adopts the valve coupling with simple structure and easy manufacture and maintenance, which overcomes the defect that the universal coupling is easily damaged; the vibrator adopts the eccentric block structure and has simple structure; the feeding box can be matched to increase the effective screening area of the vibrating screen and prolong the service life of the screen screen at the feeding end; the transmission part increases the intermediate transition bearing seat and passes through the middle. The application of the ferry bearing seat effectively protects the motor and prolongs the service life of the motor. The motor is mounted on the left side of the screen frame or on the right side of the screen frame. This series of sifters are mounted. The adjustment of the inclination angle of the screen surface can be realized by changing the position height of the spring support seat.
